Contract Rents for Public Housing Conversions
- RAD Contract Rents Look-Up Tool. The RAD Rents Look-up Tool allows a user to quickly look up the contract rents that any public housing property could achieve through a RAD conversion, including through RAD/Section 18 Blends. The tool allows users to achieve an estimate of the revenue available to a property through conversion to a Section 8 contract and the impacts on net operating income under user-defined scenarios.
